Slow Cooker Beef Shawarma

For the shawarma:
- ⅓ cup lemon juice
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. curry powder
- 2 dashes cayenne pepper ground
- 3 garlic cloves crushed
- 2½-3 lbs. boneless beef steak thin cut
- 6-8 pita bread rounds
For the cucumber sauce:
- 8 oz. plain or Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 1 small cucumber chopped
For the shawarma:
Stir lemon juice, olive oil, salt, curry, cayenne pepper and garlic together in a small bowl.
Place meat in slow cooker.
Pour mixture over the top and stir to combine with meat.
Cook on high 5-6 hours or low 7- 8 hours.
Serve cooked meat in pita bread with cucumber-yogurt sauce.
