Instant Pot Beef Shawarma

For the shawarma:
- 3 Tbs. lemon juice
- 3 Tbs. olive oil
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1 dash cayenne pepper ground
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- 1-1½ lbs. boneless beef steak thin cut
- ¼ cup beef broth
- 3-4 pita bread rounds
For the cucumber sauce:
- 4 oz. plain or Greek yogurt or sour cream
- ½ small cucumber chopped
For the shawarma:
Place meat in the pressure cooker pot.
Stir together all other ingredients except Greek yogurt, cucumber and pita, and pour over meat.
Set cook time to 15 minutes.
Do a quick pressure release.
Serve with meat in pitas.
