Slow Cooker Beef Fajitas

For the fajitas:
- 1 large onion sliced
- 3 bell peppers any color, sliced
- 1½-2 lbs. beef sliced thin and cut into strips
- 1 packet fajita seasoning or use homemade
- 12-16 corn tortillas for serving
- 1 small head lettuce shredded, optional for serving
- 2 tomatoes diced, optional for serving
- 2 avocados diced, optional for serving
- ½-1 cup cheddar cheese shredded, optional for serving
- ½ cup sour cream optional for serving
For the fajita seasoning:
- 3 Tbs. chili powder
- 1½ tsp. garlic powder
- ¾ tsp. onion powder
- ¾ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- ¾ tsp. dried oregano
- 1½ tsp. paprika
- 4½ tsp. ground cumin
- 3 tsp. salt
- 1½ teaspoon black pepper
For the fajitas:
Place onions and peppers in the slow cooker.
Place sliced beef on top of the peppers and onions.
Sprinkle fajita seasoning over beef. Cook on high for 5-6 hours or low for 7-8 hours.
Serve in tortillas with any fixings you like.
