Grilled BBQ Pepper Jack Chicken

For the chicken:
- 6-8 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 Tbs. seasoned salt
- 2 cups BBQ Sauce or use homemade
- 6-8 slices pepper jack cheese
For the homemade bbq sauce:
- 1½ cups ketchup
- ¼ cup yellow mustard
- ¼ cup honey or brown sugar
- salt to taste, optional
For the chicken:
If the chicken breasts are frozen, go ahead and put them on the hot grill. Let them thaw a bit and then sprinkle them with seasoned salt. If they’re already thawed you can add the seasoned salt before you put them on the grill.
Cook them until they are nearly done, then baste with barbecue sauce.
Top each chicken breast with a slice of cheese, letting it melt before removing the chicken from the grill.
