Greens and Peaches Salad

For the salad:
- 12-16 cups mixed baby greens
- 1 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
- 3-4 peaches thinly sliced
- 1 cup pecan halves
- ¾ lb. chicken tenders grilled and chopped
For the dressing:
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 3 Tbs. cider vinegar
- 1 Tbs. dried minced onion
- salt & pepper to taste
For the salad:
In a large bowl, toss together the greens, cheese, peach slices, and pecans.
Top with chicken, if desired.
Add dressing to taste.
