- 6 oz. apricot preserves
- 1 Tbs. soy sauce
- ⅛ tsp. ground ginger
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1½ lb. pork chops
Stir together all the ingredients, except pork chops, in a small bowl.
Place pork chops in slow cooker.
Pour sauce over top of the pork chops.
Cook on high for 5-6 hours or on low for 7-8 hours.
