Ingredients

  • 6 oz. apricot preserves
  • 1 Tbs. soy sauce
  • tsp. ground ginger
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • lb. pork chops

Instructions

  • Stir together all the ingredients, except pork chops, in a small bowl.
  • Place pork chops in slow cooker.
  • Pour sauce over top of the pork chops.
  • Cook on high for 5-6 hours or on low for 7-8 hours.
