  • 2 Tbs. soy sauce
  • ¼ tsp. ground ginger
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 3 lbs. pork chops
  • 2 cups chicken broth

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to the pressure cooker pot.
  • Set cook time for 15 minutes.
  • Do a quick pressure release.
