Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients

  • ½ 24 oz. bagshredded hash brown potatoes frozen
  • 4 oz. sour cream
  • ½ 10 oz. can cream of chicken soup
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • ½ onion chopped fine
  • ½-1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • ½-1 lb. ham or smoked sausage wrapped in foil

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients except ham or sausage together.
  • Place ham or sausage in foil on top of potatoes, if you are making meat.
  • Bake in an oven at 350° for about 1 hour.

Notes

Freezer Instructions:
Combine all ingredients except ham or sausage and place in a gallon-sized freezer bag. Assemble as directed above based on cooking method.
