Hawaiian Coleslaw

- 1 bag coleslaw mix
- 6-8 green onions
- 3-4 oz. sunflower seeds toasted
- ½ cup almonds sliced or slivered
- 1 package Ramen noodles chicken flavored
- ½ cup oil
- 2-3 Tbs. sugar
- salt & pepper to taste
Break the noodles into a 9” pan and add the almonds.
Toast at 350° to brown them stirring every little bit. This should take 10-15 minutes.
Whisk together the oil, sugar and the seasoning packet.
Toss everything together with the dressing and serve.
