Hawaiian Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 1 bag coleslaw mix
  • 6-8 green onions
  • 3-4 oz. sunflower seeds toasted
  • ½ cup almonds sliced or slivered
  • 1 package Ramen noodles chicken flavored
  • ½ cup oil
  • 2-3 Tbs. sugar
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Break the noodles into a 9” pan and add the almonds.
  • Toast at 350° to brown them stirring every little bit. This should take 10-15 minutes.
  • Whisk together the oil, sugar and the seasoning packet.
  • Toss everything together with the dressing and serve.
