Hawaiian Coleslaw

- ½ bag coleslaw mix
- 3-4 green onions
- 1½-2 oz. sunflower seeds toasted
- ¼ cup almonds sliced or slivered
- ½ package Ramen noodles chicken flavored
- ¼ cup oil
- 1-1½ Tbs. sugar
- salt & pepper to taste
Break the noodles into a 9” pan and add the almonds.
Toast at 350° to brown them stirring every little bit. This should take 10-15 minutes.
Whisk together the oil, sugar and the seasoning packet.
Toss everything together with the dressing and serve.
