Hawaiian Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • ½ bag coleslaw mix
  • 3-4 green onions
  • 1½-2 oz. sunflower seeds toasted
  • ¼ cup almonds sliced or slivered
  • ½ package Ramen noodles chicken flavored
  • ¼ cup oil
  • 1-1½ Tbs. sugar
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Break the noodles into a 9” pan and add the almonds.
  • Toast at 350° to brown them stirring every little bit. This should take 10-15 minutes.
  • Whisk together the oil, sugar and the seasoning packet.
  • Toss everything together with the dressing and serve.
