Stovetop Apricot Soy Ginger Chicken

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. apricot preserves
  • 1 Tbs. soy sauce
  • tsp. ground ginger
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • lb. chicken pieces

Instructions

  • Stir together all the ingredients, except chicken, in a small bowl.
  • Place chicken in baking dish.
  • Pour sauce over top of chicken.
  • Bake at 350° for 1 to 1½ hours.
