Slow Cooker Applesauce

Ingredients

  • 13 small apples about 1 bag
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 Tbs. brown sugar
  • cup no sugar added apple juice

Instructions

  • Peel, core and slice the apples.
  • Toss them into the slow cooker with all the other ingredients. Give it a stir, then turn the heat to low for 4-6 hours.
  • Whisk vigorously until the apples fall apart and you'll have a delicious chunky applesauce.
