Cream the butter and cream cheese together in a mixer bowl.
Mix in the sugar, then the eggs, bananas, and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add them to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
Pour into 3 well-greased loaf pans.
Bake at 350° for 60-75 minutes.
For the glaze:
Starting with less than the 3 Tbs. of orange juice, stir it into the powdered sugar until you get a nice consistency.
Stir in the orange peel and drizzle the glaze over the loaves

Notes: This can be frozen. Slice and place on a baking sheet in the freezer for 1-2 hours, then transfer to a large ziplock freezer bag. Thaw the desired number of slices on the counter overnight and reheat in the microwave or oven if desired.
