Crustless Ham, Asparagus and Swiss Quiche

- 1 Tbs. olive oil
- 2 cups ham cooked and diced
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 bunch asparagus cut in 1” pieces
- 2 cups Swiss cheese shredded
- 1½ cups half and half
- 8 eggs
- ¼ tsp. salt
Preheat the oven to 400°.
Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook ham, onion and asparagus until the onion is soft.
Spoon half of the mixture into two greased 9” pie plates.
Layer half the cheese over, then repeat the layers.
Whisk together milk, eggs, and salt in a bowl.
Pour over ingredients in the pie plate.
Bake 25-30 minutes, until a knife comes out clean.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
