Ingredients

  • 1-2 large cucumbers peeled and sliced
  • 1 small red onion peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup vinegar

Instructions

  • Mix up the sugar and vinegar and pour it over the cucumbers and onions.
  • You can make more “juice” if you need to.
  • Just use twice as much sugar as vinegar.
