Dijon Tarragon White Fish

Ingredients

  • 3-4 fillets frozen white fish
  • 2 Tbs. butter melted
  • 1 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • ½-1 tsp. dried tarragon

Instructions

  • Place frozen fillets on foil-covered baking sheet.
  • Stir remaining ingredients together and pour over fish.
  • Place fish in refrigerator until ready to bake.
  • Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until fish easily flakes with a fork.
