- 6-8 fillets frozen white fish
- 4 Tbs. butter melted
- 2 Tbs. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- 1-2 tsp. dried tarragon
Place frozen fillets on foil-covered baking sheet.
Stir remaining ingredients together and pour over fish.
Place fish in refrigerator until ready to bake.
Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until fish easily flakes with a fork.
