Easy Slow Cooker Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. chicken breasts
  • 2 bell peppers green, red and yellow - sliced
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • ½ package taco seasoning
  • 6-8 tortillas
  • 1 small head lettuce shredded, optional for serving
  • 1 tomato diced, optional for serving
  • 1 avocado diced, optional for serving
  • ¼-½ cup shredded cheddar cheese optional for serving
  • ¼ cup sour cream optional for serving

Instructions

  • Slice peppers and onions then place them on the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Put chicken on top of the peppers and onions.
  • Sprinkle taco seasoning on top.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  • Shred everything and mix in the juice.
  • Serve on tortillas with your favorite toppings.
