For the gyro lettuce wraps:
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic crushed
- 1¾ tsp. dried mint
- 1¾ tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- ½ tsp. salt
- 2 lbs. chicken breast cut in strips
- 1 head bibb lettuce leaves
For the cucumber sauce:
- 1 cucumber diced
- 8 oz. plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
- ¼ tsp. dried mint
For the gyro lettuce wraps:
Mix oil, lemon juice, garlic, mint, oregano, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl and whisk to combine.
Place chicken in slow cooker.
Pour dressing over the top and stir to combine.
Cook on high for 5-6 hours or low for 7-8 hours.
Serve meat in lettuce leaves, topped with cucumber sauce.
