- 5 cloves garlic peeled but left whole
- 1 small onion sliced
- 1 sprig rosemary
- kosher salt & black pepper
- ¼ cup white wine
- 2 cups chicken broth
Toss all ingredients together in the pressure cooker pot.
Set cook time for 15 minutes.
Do a quick pressure release.
