Butterscotch Snack Mix

Ingredients

  • 10 oz. Cinnamon graham crackers broken into bite-size pieces. I used two of the 3 packs that came in the box
  • 20 oz. rice Chex cereal large box
  • 1 cup pretzels generous cup
  • 1 cup pecans
  • cup butter
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 bag butterscotch chips

Instructions

  • Combine the crackers, pretzels, nuts and cereal in a large bowl.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and honey together.
  • Drizzle this over the mix and stir to combine.
  • Put it out onto two large cookie sheets that have been sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes at 350°.
  • Stir several times during the cooking.
  • Cool the mix completely before stirring in the butterscotch chips.
  • Store in an airtight container.
