Ingredients

  • 1 lb. great northern beans
  • lbs. ham steak with bone
  • 6-7 cups water
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Rinse and pick through dried beans to remove any small rocks or debris.
  • Place rinsed beans, ham and ham bone in Instant Pot.
  • Add water, seal the lid and set cook time for 35 minutes.
  • Do a quick pressure release.
  • Taste and season with salt.
