- ½ lb. great northern beans
- ¾ lb. ham steak with bone
- 3-3½ cups water
- salt to taste
Rinse and pick through dried beans to remove any small rocks or debris.
Place rinsed beans, ham and ham bone in Instant Pot.
Add water, seal the lid and set cook time for 35 minutes.
Do a quick pressure release.
Taste and season with salt.
