For the salad:

cut in short, thin sticks

honeycrisp apples
diced
For the dressing:

olive oil

apple cider vinegar

Fennel seed
salt & pepper
to taste
Instructions
Toss salad ingredients together in a large bowl.
Combine dressing ingredients in a container with a tight-fitting lid.
Shake well to mix the dressing. Pour dressing over salad and toss together.
Notes
This salad holds up well in the fridge for a few days.
