Ingredients

  • 2 heads romaine lettuce
  • 3-4 radishes thinly sliced
  • 2-3 carrots peeled and coin sliced
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • ¾ lb. chicken grilled and diced, optional
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • kosher salt & freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 4 tsp. white wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ cup dried chives

Instructions

  • Whisk dressing ingredients together and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • In a large bowl, toss together lettuce, radishes, carrots, tomatoes, and snap peas.
  • Top with chicken, if desired.
  • Add dressing to taste.
