- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 1-2 radishes thinly sliced
- 1-2 carrots peeled and coin sliced
- ½ pint cherry tomatoes halved
- ½ cup snap peas
- ⅓ lb. chicken grilled and diced, optional
- ½ cup buttermilk
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- kosher salt & freshly ground pepper to taste
- 2 tsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbs. dried chives
Whisk dressing ingredients together and refrigerate until ready to serve.
In a large bowl, toss together lettuce, radishes, carrots, tomatoes, and snap peas.
Top with chicken, if desired.
Add dressing to taste.
