Sprinkle the dressing over the chicken tenders.
In a large skillet, heat the oil and cook the chicken over medium heat until done.
Flip halfway through cooking to brown both sides.
Top the cooked chicken with shaved parmesan, while the chicken is still in the pan. F
Flip the chicken and top the other side with parmesan.
Cook 1-2 minutes, then remove chicken from pan.
Add onion, garlic, crushed tomatoes, basil, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper to skillet.
Stir to combine.
Return chicken to the pan and cook 5-10 minutes.
Serve chicken and sauce over cooked pasta.
