- 1 small cucumber chopped
- ½ cup black olives
- ½ cup green olives
- 3-4 slices deli ham
- 6-8 slices deli hard salami
- 3-4 slices provolone cheese
- oregano to taste
- olive oil to taste
- red wine vinegar to taste
Top with two slices of salami and one slice of provolone.
Roll up and coin slice into rounds.
Toss together lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, olives, and cold cut rounds.
Dress to taste with oregano, olive oil, and red wine vinegar.
