Ingredients

  • 1 head romaine lettuce chopped
  • ¾ cup carrots shredded
  • 1 small cucumber chopped
  • ½ cup black olives
  • ½ cup green olives
  • 3-4 slices deli ham
  • 6-8 slices deli hard salami
  • 3-4 slices provolone cheese
  • oregano to taste
  • olive oil to taste
  • red wine vinegar to taste

Instructions

  • Top with two slices of salami and one slice of provolone.
  • Roll up and coin slice into rounds.
  • Toss together lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, olives, and cold cut rounds.
  • Dress to taste with oregano, olive oil, and red wine vinegar.
