Grilled Cajun Beef

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. top loin beef steaks
  • Creole or Cajun seasoning
  • 1 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1 Tbs. butter

Instructions

  • Place meat on a hot grill.
  • Cook a minute or two and turn the meat 90° so you get nice grill marks.
  • Flip the steaks and repeat so you have grill marks on the other side.
  • Continue to cook for 2-4 more minutes, until the meat is cooked to your preference.
  • Slice the meat thin.
