Oatmeal White Chocolate Chip and Cranberry Cookies

- 1 cup butter or margarine softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbs. milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1½ cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- ½ tsp. salt
- 4 cups oats - quick cooking or regular I used regular
- 11 oz. bag white chocolate chips
- 1 cup dried cranberries
Mix the butter and sugars with an electric mixer.
Beat in the eggs, milk and vanilla.
Stir the baking soda and salt into the flour.
Add to the mixer bowl and beat until combined.
Add the oats to the bowl, mixing until combined.
Stir in the white chips and cranberries.
Drop by teaspoons onto a greased cookie sheet or baking stone.
Bake at 375° for 9 minutes.
Don’t over bake them.
