Oatmeal White Chocolate Chip and Cranberry Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter or margarine softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbs. milk
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • cups flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 4 cups oats - quick cooking or regular I used regular
  • 11 oz. bag white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  • Mix the butter and sugars with an electric mixer.
  • Beat in the eggs, milk and vanilla.
  • Stir the baking soda and salt into the flour.
  • Add to the mixer bowl and beat until combined.
  • Add the oats to the bowl, mixing until combined.
  • Stir in the white chips and cranberries.
  • Drop by teaspoons onto a greased cookie sheet or baking stone.
  • Bake at 375° for 9 minutes.
  • Don’t over bake them.
