Full of Flavor Hummus

Ingredients

  • 15 oz. can chickpeas
  • ½-1 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp. dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp. tamari
  • 1 Tbs. lemon juice
  • tsp. cumin
  • tsp. turmeric

Instructions

  • Drain the chickpeas, reserving the liquid.
  • Place ⅛ cup of the chickpea liquid, and all the other ingredients in a high-powered blender or food processor.
  • Blend until smooth, adding more chickpea liquid if needed for consistency.
  • Note: Use this hummus for sandwiches, wraps, as a dip or stir into salad greens as a dressing
