- 15 oz. can chickpeas
- ½-1 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp. dijon mustard
- ½ tsp. tamari
- 1 Tbs. lemon juice
- ⅛ tsp. cumin
- ⅛ tsp. turmeric
Drain the chickpeas, reserving the liquid.
Place ⅛ cup of the chickpea liquid, and all the other ingredients in a high-powered blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth, adding more chickpea liquid if needed for consistency.
Note: Use this hummus for sandwiches, wraps, as a dip or stir into salad greens as a dressing
