For the burgers:
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 4-5 Tbs. hoisin sauce plus more to top burgers
For the slaw:
- 1 cup slaw mix
- 1 tsp. rice vinegar
- 1 tsp. vegetable oil
- 6 large flour tortillas
Grilled Version:
In a bowl, combine the hoisin sauce and ground beef, mixing well with your hands.
Form into small patties.
I made 6 small (slider size) burgers with this.
Cook in a skillet on medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side.
Stovetop Version:

For serving:
To serve, spread Hoisin Sauce in the middle of a flour tortilla.
Place a burger on top.
Add slaw and fold the tortilla over, placing it with the folds down on the plate.
Cut this diagonally.
