Ingredients

  • 3-4 large whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup hummus
  • ¼ cup cucumber chopped or dill pickle slices
  • ½ cup grape or cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 3 Tbs. red onion diced

Instructions

  • Spread each tortilla with ¼ cup hummus.
  • Evenly divide the remaining ingredients on the tortillas.
  • Roll the tortillas around the ingredients.
  • Serve!
