Red Wine Pasta Sauce

- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- 1 onion diced
- 2-4 cloves garlic crushed
- ½ cup red wine
- 28 oz. crushed tomatoes
- 2 tsp. basil
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. thyme
- salt & pepper to taste
In a skillet, cook onion and garlic till onion is tender.
Pour in wine and cook several minutes, till reduced by half.
Stir in crushed tomatoes and seasonings.
Continue to cook over medium heat while pasta finishes.
