Ingredients

  • ½ cup oat flour
  • cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 small ripe banana mashed
  • ¾ Tbs. maple syrup
  • cups almond milk

Instructions

  • Stir the oat flour, whole wheat flour and baking powder together in a bowl.
  • Add the mashed banana, maple syrup and almond milk, stirring gently to combine.
  • Pour ⅓ cup batter onto a hot, oiled griddle or skillet and cook several minutes on each side.
