- ½ cup oat flour
- ⅓ cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 small ripe banana mashed
- ¾ Tbs. maple syrup
- ⅔ cups almond milk
Stir the oat flour, whole wheat flour and baking powder together in a bowl.
Add the mashed banana, maple syrup and almond milk, stirring gently to combine.
Pour ⅓ cup batter onto a hot, oiled griddle or skillet and cook several minutes on each side.
