15-Minute BBQ Chickpea Pizza

- 4 whole wheat pita naan or pizza crust
- 2 15 oz. cans chickpeas drained and rinsed
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
- 8 oz. can pineapple tidbits drained
- ½ cup red onion thinly sliced
- 4 cups arugula
Stir the bbq sauce into the chickpeas and then arrange the chickpeas on the pita bread, naan or pizza crust.
Top each pizza with pineapple and onion.
Bake at 400° for 10-12 minutes or until hot.
Remove from oven and pile a cup of arugula on top of the pizza.
Eat with a fork and knife.
