White Chocolate Cranberry Bars

- 9 Tbs. butter cut into pieces
- 9 oz. white chocolate I used Baker’s squares
- 1 Tbs. vanilla
- 1½ cups flour
- ¾ tsp. baking powder
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 cup dried cranberries
Preheat the oven to 325° and line a 9" square baking pan with waxed paper.
Melt the chocolate and butter together in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until melted smooth.
Stir in the vanilla. Mix the flour, baking powder and salt in a small bowl.
With an electric mixer, beat the eggs and sugar together, then add the chocolate mixture and blend.
Add in the flour mixture and blend until well combined.
Stir in the cranberries.
Spread into the pan and bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Don’t underbake and cool completely before serving.
