- 1 pkg. smoked sausage coin sliced
- 1 head broccoli chopped
- 1 red pepper sliced
- ½-1 Tbs. olive oil
- ½-1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese shredded
- 8 oz. medium-shaped dry pasta (like bowtie or penne) cooked and tossed with butter
Brush one large or two small rimmed baking sheets with olive oil.
Toss broccoli and peppers with a drizzle of olive oil and Italian seasoning.
Add them to a section of the pan.
Place smoked sausage in remaining space on the pan.
Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Place in a 400° oven for 20 minutes.
Toss sausage, broccoli, and red peppers with buttered pasta and Parmesan cheese.
