Italian Smoked Sausage, Veggies & Pasta Sheet Pan Dinner

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. smoked sausage coin sliced
  • 1 head broccoli chopped
  • 1 red pepper sliced
  • ½-1 Tbs. olive oil
  • ½-1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese shredded
  • 8 oz. medium-shaped dry pasta (like bowtie or penne) cooked and tossed with butter

Instructions

  • Brush one large or two small rimmed baking sheets with olive oil.
  • Toss broccoli and peppers with a drizzle of olive oil and Italian seasoning.
  • Add them to a section of the pan.
  • Place smoked sausage in remaining space on the pan.
  • Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  • Place in a 400° oven for 20 minutes.
  • Toss sausage, broccoli, and red peppers with buttered pasta and Parmesan cheese.
