Chicken, Avocado and Cheddar-Jack Cheese on an Everything Bagel

Ingredients

For the chicken:

  • 6 small boneless chicken breasts
  • smoked paprika
  • salt

For the bagel:

  • 6 everything bagels
  • 6 slices cheddar-jack cheese
  • 2 avocados sliced
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • 6 leaves romaine lettuce

Instructions

  • Sprinkle boneless chicken breasts with smoked paprika and salt.
  • Cook in oven at 425° for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  • Cool and slice.
  • Divide equally among three containers.
  • Slice bagels in half.
  • Top half with chicken, cheese, avocado, tomato and lettuce.
  • Top with the other half of the bagel.
