Chicken, Avocado and Cheddar-Jack Cheese on an Everything Bagel

For the chicken:
- 6 small boneless chicken breasts
- smoked paprika
- salt
For the bagel:
- 6 everything bagels
- 6 slices cheddar-jack cheese
- 2 avocados sliced
- 1 tomato sliced
- 6 leaves romaine lettuce
Sprinkle boneless chicken breasts with smoked paprika and salt.
Cook in oven at 425° for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
Cool and slice.
Divide equally among three containers.
Slice bagels in half.
Top half with chicken, cheese, avocado, tomato and lettuce.
Top with the other half of the bagel.
