Ingredients

  • 3-4 large wraps
  • 1-2 15 oz. cans chickpeas
  • 2-3 cups salad greens spinach, kale, romaine, spring greens
  • ¾-1 cup grape tomatoes halved
  • ⅓-½ cup red onion sliced
  • ⅓-½ cup feta cheese

Instructions

  • Mash chickpeas and spread on wrap.
  • Top with greens, tomatoes, red onion, and feta and wrap up.
