Whole Foods Greens and Peaches Salad

Ingredients

For the salad:

  • 12-16 cups mixed baby greens
  • 3-4 peaches thinly sliced
  • 1 cup pecan halves
  • 2 15 oz. cans chickpeas or cannellini beans optional

For the dressing:

  • 3 Tbs. cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbs. maple syrup
  • 1 Tbs. dried minced onion
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Whisk together the vinegar, maple syrup, onion, salt and pepper to make dressing.
  • In a large bowl, toss together the salad ingredients and add dressing to taste.
