Whole Foods Greens and Peaches Salad

Ingredients

For the salad:

  • 6-8 cups mixed baby greens
  • 1-2 peaches thinly sliced
  • ½ cup pecan halves
  • 15 oz. can chickpeas or cannellini beans optional

For the dressing:

  • Tbs. cider vinegar
  • ½ Tbs. maple syrup
  • ½ Tbs. dried minced onion
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Whisk together the vinegar, maple syrup, onion, salt and pepper to make dressing.
  • In a large bowl, toss together the salad ingredients and add dressing to taste.
