Ingredients

For the chicken:

  • 6 small chicken breasts boneless
  • smoked paprika
  • salt

For the salad:

  • 12 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 3 cups tomatoes chopped
  • 3 small avocados diced
  • 1-2 cups Italian dressing

Instructions

  • Sprinkle chicken breasts with smoked paprika and salt.
  • Cook in oven at 425° for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through, then cool and slice.
  • Add romaine to a salad bowl and top with chicken, tomatoes, and avocado.
  • Add dressing.
