Pumpkin French Toast

- 8-10 slices thick hearty bread French or Challah work well
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- 1½ cups milk
- 5 eggs
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- ½ tsp. nutmeg
- pinch allspice
- pinch cloves
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Spray a baking dish with nonstick spray and lay bread in the bottom.
Whisk together the pumpkin, milk, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, cloves, and vanilla.
Pour over the bread slices and let sit for 30 minutes or overnight.
Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes, until cooked through.
