Ingredients

  • ¾ cups flour
  • 3 Tbs. sugar
  • ½ Tbs. baking powder
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. nutmeg
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • ¼ stick butter
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 small egg

Instructions

  • Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Melt the butter and mix with the remaining ingredients just until blended.
  • Bake at 400° for 15-20 minutes.

Notes: These can be made ahead and frozen. Thaw on the counter overnight and reheat in the microwave, if desired
