Pizza Bowties with Italian Sausage

- 1 lb. Italian sausage
- 1 lb. bowtie pasta
- 2 15 oz. cans fire-roasted tomatoes lightly drained
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. oregano
- ½ cup mozzarella shredded
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
Cook the pasta according to the package directions.
Brown the sausage with the onion, garlic and green pepper, drain and rinse under hot water.
Put the meat back in the skillet and add the tomatoes and seasonings.
When the pasta is cooked and drained, mix it with the sauce and cheese.
