Sweet Chili Linguine with Grilled Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1-2 lbs. chicken breasts or tenders boneless
  • 16 oz. linguine or vermicelli pasta
  • 1 Tbs. cajun or creole seasoning
  • 1-2 Tbs. olive oil
  • 2 cups half & half
  • ¾ cup parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup sweet chili sauce Sriracha

Instructions

  • Sprinkle seasoning on chicken and grill or cook in a bit of oil in a skillet.
  • Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • Warm the half & half in a saucepan and stir in the cheese and sweet chili sauce.
  • Reduce heat to low and simmer until the pasta and chicken are ready.
  • Mix the sauce with the finished pasta or spoon sauce over each serving.
