- 1 lb. popcorn chicken frozen
- ½ lb. broccoli frozen
- 14 oz. bottle General Tso's sauce
- 1 cup white rice
- 1 cup water
For Instant Pot rice:
Place rice and water in the instant pot, close the lid and seal.
Cook the rice for 5 minutes on high pressure, followed by a quick pressure release.
For chicken and broccoli:
Preheat the oven to 350°.
Bake the chicken for 15 minutes, or until warmed through and crunchy on the outside.
Prepare the broccoli according to package directions.
Heat sauce in a large frying pan over medium heat until it starts to bubble.
Add the chicken and broccoli, tossing to coat.
Serve over rice.
