Creamy Cheesy Veggie Puff

Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuits
  • 2 lbs. frozen veggies like a broccoli and cauliflower mix OR mixed veggies, divided
  • cups Swiss cheese shredded
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt plain

Instructions

  • Cook veggies according to package directions.
  • Separate each biscuit into 2 pieces, roll each into a 4" round and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
  • Stir 3 cups of veggies and remaining ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Put ¼ cup veggie mix on each of 8 biscuit rounds and top with the remaining biscuits.
  • Press to seal edges. Bake at 375° for 15-17 minutes.

Notes

Serve extra veggies along with the puffs.
