refrigerated biscuits

frozen veggies
like a broccoli and cauliflower mix OR mixed veggies, divided

cups
Swiss cheese
shredded

cream cheese

Greek yogurt

Instructions
Cook veggies according to package directions.
Separate each biscuit into 2 pieces, roll each into a 4" round and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
Stir 3 cups of veggies and remaining ingredients together in a bowl.
Put ¼ cup veggie mix on each of 8 biscuit rounds and top with the remaining biscuits.
Press to seal edges. Bake at 375° for 15-17 minutes.
Notes
Serve extra veggies along with the puffs.
