Creamy Cheesy Veggie Puffs

Ingredients

  • 8 count refrigerated biscuits
  • 16 oz. frozen veggies like a broccoli and cauliflower mix OR mixed veggies, divided
  • 1⅛ cups Swiss cheese shredded
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • cup Greek yogurt plain

Instructions

  • Cook veggies according to package directions.
  • Separate each biscuit into 2 pieces, roll each piece into a 4" round and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
  • Stir 1½ cups of veggies and remaining ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Put ¼ cup veggie mix on each of 8 biscuit rounds and top with the remaining biscuits. Press to seal edges.
  • Bake at 375° for 15-17 minutes.

Notes

Serve extra veggies along with the puffs.
